Amanda Hawkins holds an MFA in creative writing from UC Davis and an MA in theological studies from Regent College. They are a Tin House, Bread Loaf, and Mellon Public Scholar, three-time Pushcart nominee, and winner of the Scotti Merrill Award from Key West Literary Seminar and the Editor’s Prize for poetry at The Florida Review. Their work has been published or is forthcoming in Boston Review, The Cincinnati Review, The Journal, The Moth, Orion, The Orison Anthology, Terrain, Tin House, and Tin House Online, among others.
